VILLA

There are 15 bed-spaces and 8 bedrooms ( 1 queen-size bed, 3 queen-size or double, one single bed, one double and a bunk bed at the pool floor), 6 bathrooms, two very large living areas and two dining areas overlooking the pool area and with superb sea view, spacious and fully accessorized kitchen, game room and staff quarters (with laundry and a well-sheltered place on the main terrace to hang out the washing).

The main gate leads to the covered parking, while on the south side we find the pool and the private access to the beach. The western entrance of the villa gives onto the private pinewood (this part of the property extends for about 1000 sqm ), provided with two swings (one for kids), and onto the tennis hard court overlooking the sea.

From the solarium on the roof one can enjoy the super view of the surrounding pinewood and of the sea.
The villa is air-conditioned from the upper floor (except the staff quarters), it has a fireplace in the upper living-room and a wood-burning oven.

At request, a baby-changing unit, a crib, and baby bath support are provided.

Maintenance costs for the garden and the pool are included, as well as the cleaning of the villa twice a week (with household linen changing). The electricity, phone bill and satellite broadcasting are chargeable to the tenant, as well as any other requested service, such as:
- Qualified staff (chef, driver, baby sitter, domestic help);
-Car rental, boat rental.

The property will be checked the first and the last day of stay, in the presence of both the tenant and the landlord. Possible damages are chargeable to the tenant, therefore an adequate deposit is requested from A.G.M. company. It is to be taken that in absence of damages the company will provide full refund within 10 days from the end of the stay.

A down payment of thirty percent upon booking by bank transfer is required, payment of the balance at least 45 days prior to arrival of the tenant. The house is rented during summer months, between May and October. Minimum stay in low season is two weeks, in season (July and August) three weeks.
